About your guide—
Lauren Kimberly Moore is a sacred feminine guide, somatic facilitator, and devoted keeper of women’s threshold spaces. She is initiated in the Rose Lineage and serves as a grief doula and Priestess of the elements. She helps visionary women and leaders meet grief as a holy passageway—one that can alchemize loss into vitality, clarity, and abundance.
Through her work with Embodied Grief™ and The 5 Sacred Rites of Divorce & Separation, Lauren reframes grief as a fertile ground where what has been shed becomes the seed of new life. Her approach braids together feminine leadership, body-based wisdom, and ancient remembrance, guiding women to reclaim the parts of themselves left behind in loss so they can rise rooted and whole.
As founder of Sacred Living Arts, llc. she brings forth her sacred service through H.E.R. Mysteries and as host of The Rose in the Threshold podcast, Lauren curates retreats, circles, and transformative programs for women who are ready to lead from the deep well of their integrated lived experience.
She believes that when a woman reclaims her life from the ashes of what has ended, she becomes a living vessel of creative power, capable of reshaping the world in HER image.
