Many of you may not know that I have carried a lifelong devotion to living nutrition, cleansing, fasting, and the sacred intelligence of the body for nearly thirty years.
This path began simply.
When I removed dairy from my diet, I experienced a profound shift in my body. Chronic sinus infections and allergies began to clear, and I felt, perhaps for the first time, how directly nourishment could affect vitality.
That awakening opened a doorway.
Years later, my path deepened when I transitioned into a raw vegan lifestyle and interned in the kitchen at a modern-day Essene-inspired community in Patagonia, Arizona, under the influence of Gabriel Cousens’ teachings. There, I learned the art of natural hygiene, juice cleansing, and living foods.
But more than that, I learned to see food differently.
Food was no longer only fuel.
It became vibration.
It became prayer.
It became a relationship.
It became a way of participating with life.
That experience stayed with me.
Since then, I have explored many dietary philosophies and nutritional approaches, yet I always return to whole, living foods. Nothing feels more aligned than anointing the body — this living temple — with nourishment rich in vitality and life force.
Because this is what we are truly seeking — to be alive.
Not merely functioning.
Not merely surviving.
But alive with clarity, presence, devotion, and inner radiance.
Yeshua taught The Way of life.
The Buddha taught the way of awakening.
The great wisdom traditions, each in its own language, point us toward what brings us closer to life, love, and truth.
Light Body Living is my way of gathering this wisdom through the body.
The clearer the system,
the more receptive the body becomes.
