Spiritual life is an art form, it’s an unfolding mystery, rather than a dogmatic regimen which often lends to perfectionism, shame, self-doubt and feelings of “not making the mark”.
We have all experienced times in our lives when regardless of our tools, strategies, and skillset, we are thrown out of alignment—we find ourselves in a rut, we lack the vitality or will to meet life in the way we desire. Our thoughts ruminate and anxiety or fear override our best attempts to stay steady in trust, faith and joy.

Hello, my name is Lauren, your interfaith spiritual director.
Here’s a little about me…
I am a life long spiritual seeker—a mystic, contemplative, modern monastic, and watery dreamer. I work as a certified spiritual director, grief companion, ordaining minister with Feminine Healing Ministries, initiated rose lineage holder, yoga teacher…yada-yada-yada…the list goes on. Maybe you relate to the continual search and entrapment of looking outside yourself outside to find your best self.
What I know from my 30 plus years of exploring my inner landscape through meditation, years of spiritually and physically cleansing my body temple, and cultivating a capacity to hold my grief, is that rhythm is found within,
sovereignty is remembered,
truth is felt,
and the world will always seek to overwhelm us and disrupt our rhythms.
Rhythm is the foundation of our energetic capacity to hold our most authentic self, regardless of circumstances.
In my mentorships we enter into sacred space of remembrance. A way of returning to the sacred intelligence of your body, to the cyclical wisdom of the earth, and to the harmony that gets lost when we move woo fast, consume too much, or forget that we are nature in motion.
The greatest gift I can offer women is their own personal authority, spiritual formation for a deepened presence of their divine design.
