Lauren has over 30 years of personal and professional experience in the the healing arts, teaching and practicing a variety of modalities which deepens her embodiment of presence. She is a certified spiritual director, Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness facilitator and certified Light Leader Coach (in Training). Lauren is also an initiate of the rose lineage seeking to awaken the sacred feminine within.
