MONASTICA is for the woman who inspires to be in sacred service and leadership. She reaches towards divine encounters through prayer, holy listening, and spiritual discipline.
She simple wants to be in presence of her fullest potential, no longer striving or trying things on, but to gracefully awaken the light and wisdom that is already within and guiding.
Hello, my name is Lauren.
Perhaps you have the same longing I’ve have had, and I welcome you sister.
It’s been a lifelong, strange and familiar sense of the contemplative, monastic life within my being. The strangeness is that I’ve been called to be Mom, wife, white picket fenced, and HOLY woman.
This often feels like a contradiction and yet my greatest spiritual wisdoms and growths have emerged out of this existence.
What inspires me now is that the modern monastic doesn’t necessarily live a solitary, cloistered life. It is a divinely created template that is within the matrix of unique individual souls…and it calls us to realign with this blueprint of our being.
The monastery of which I reside has been unfolding for some time. I have explored many physical monastic spaces, communities, and lineages to find where my heart calls home.
I have resolved that home is in my heart, in the air I breathe, in the earth I walk upon—precisely where God resides.
MONASTICA is a refuge, a sanctuary, a training ground for personal mastery for the DAUGHTERS of LIGHT.
The daughters of light know that they are here to reveal their soul medicine and require a devotional path. MONASTICA offers a place to find steady ground, to reconstruct your bedrock of Devotion through putting God in the center of your life. It is a community of common seeking and growing in Christ consciousness.

Lauren Kimberly Moore
Lauren has over 30 years of personal and professional experience in the the healing arts, teaching and practicing a variety of modalities which deepens her embodiment of presence. She is a certified spiritual director for spiritual seekers awakening their inner sacred feminine. Lauren is a certified grief counselor (non-clinical) which inspired facilitation of Embodied Grief, The Grief Sanctuary for Women, and 5 sacred Rites of Divorce & Separation, all contemplative approaches to loss and renewal for the feminine soul. Lauren holds and online temple space for modern monastics called the Daughter’s of Light.
Lauren Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness facilitator and Certified Light Leader Coach® using the wisdom of the 5 Elements and Light Leader Kundalini™ to move us through transitional cycles in life. Lauren is an initiate of the Magdalene Rose Lineage using the medicine of the Rose of Silence to ground her guidance in the presence of Divine Mother’s Pure Love.
