Integration is imperative in our ascension journey. How we digest information needs to run through the body. In our first journey we become the altar. Our body is the chalice of which the current of the divine flows through. We honor and we receive our body as holy and whole. This is our feminine reclamation.

Daily Schedule Suggestions:

Morning Communion:

Upon waking, in bed, begin to feel into the Angel of the Morning for that day. Then if you can, bring your communion outside for Embodiment. Use the SolaTerra practice to merge the energies of the Heavenly Father and Earthly Mother. Your body becomes the Chalice of divine union the integration of the masculine and feminine energies. Reflect and journal if desired.

Then at your leisure begin your meditation and or Somatic Soul Prayer to support your ROOT power center.

SolaTerra Practice

Noon Contemplation:

Cultivate a mid day pause (whatever your mid day is). Take this time of sacred pause to reflect on Peace with the Body.

Begin to make realignments in you day to bring peace and harmony with you body. What does it need? movement, nourishment, fluids, touch, kindness?

Evening Communion:

In the early evening, begin to commune with the Angel of the evening for that day.

Take time before bed to embody the lunar light, again, bringing awareness to breath and body with a SolaTerra practice, if you choose. I find evening a good time to bring the energy in to each power center (see video) as a purification rite for good rest.

Preform any other bedtime rituals and retire before the daily time clock shifts energies at 10pm.
