I’m Lauren
I guide women to lead from presence rather than pressure by aligning their nervous system, energy, and embodied wisdom, so leadership arises from coherence.
It all started when I sat for my first meditation session at age eleven. I was hooked. Over the years cultivated an embodied knowing of the full potential accessible to us through the integration of mind, body and spirit.
As a meditation teacher, somatic guide, and spiritual director with over 30 years of lived practice in meditation, embodied awareness, and nervous system regulation ,my work supports women who are navigating thresholds of leadership, identity, and life transition—guiding them to lead from presence rather than pressure.
As a mother of three, teenagers, including one adopted child, and a woman who has walked the terrain of divorce and reinvention, I bring an uncommon depth of embodied wisdom to my work. I do not teach resilience as endurance, but as capacity—the body’s innate intelligence to adapt, stabilize, and carry momentum forward in alignment with purpose.
My unique approach integrates contemplative practice, quantum-informed somatics, and nervous system attunement to help women move beyond fear, old patterns, and inherited limitations.
I teach that sustainable leadership and meaningful change do not come from force or mindset alone, but from a body that knows how to hold expansion with steadiness and clarity.
Through my coaching frameworks—including Sovereign Rhythms and Rebirth Codes—Lauren helps women trust their body as a compass, reclaim inner authority, and live from a place of coherence where life, leadership, and spiritual purpose align.
Most women I know are stuck in liminal time and find it difficult to reach their next soul evolution.
They don’t stay stuck because they are resistant.
They stay stuck because their nervous system cannot yet support what comes when they cross through the threshold.
So the system slows everything down to protect them.
Vision arrives before capacity

This is why insight can live in the body for years without movement.
