Come home to the quiet.
There is a place inside you that has never been loud.
Return.
A chamber beneath the noise, beneath the notifications, beneath the to-do lists and the doing and the becoming.
Return.
A place that has simply been waiting, patient as a rosebud, steady as a heartbeat, holding the truest version of you in gentle safekeeping.
Return.
Let me help you return.
For the third year, we gather in sacred stillness for one of my most beloved offerings.
The Rose of Silence Retreat is not a workshop. It is not a masterclass. It is not a strategy session.
It is a four-hour immersion into the kind of deep interior quiet that the modern world rarely gives us permission to enter, and that our souls are desperately hungry for.
Rooted in monastic wisdom, Via Feminina devotion, and the sacred feminine lineage of the contemplative tradition, this retreat is your return to the inner cloister.
The place where breath slows.
Where prayer deepens.
Where the quiet truth you have been carrying beneath all the busyness finally has room to be heard.
Clear your calendar. Offer yourself this needed time…to return.

Lauren Kimberly Rose
Lauren Kimberly Rose is a somatic spiritual director, grief companion, contemplative teacher, and founder of MONASTICA, a modern formation path rooted in embodied wisdom of the Via Feminina. A lifelong meditator and mother of three, her work is shaped by decades of contemplative practice, multidimensional healing arts, and accompaniment through profound personal thresholds of loss, reorientation, and spiritual reconstruction.
She guides women through the threshold of their lives and invites those who wish to deepen their devotional leadership into contemplative rose formation — a gentle, yet disciplined devotional path of abiding in God through the body, breath, and surrendered presence. As a certified interfaith spiritual director, she integrates somatic awareness with Christian mysticism and perennial wisdom, guiding others into deeper intimacy with divine presence as lived, embodied reality.
Through MONASTICA, Lauren is devoted to cultivating spaciousness for women who long to live from rooted presence rather than fragmentation.
